As a 4th generation San Diegan, coupled with his background in finance and accountancy, Rich Rechif brings a rare level of knowledge and experience to help you make real estate decisions in the San Diego market. He prides himself in his knowledge, honesty, and reputation. He learned the importance of honesty, hard work, and giving back as an Eagle Scout in troop 874 in Bonita and continues this today through Rotary.

Rich’s experience in overseeing major repairs and renovations, as well as providing property management services, help to maximize and protect investments. Rich is active in the local community, serving on the board of the San Diego Downtown Breakfast Rotary Club, a member of the Urban Land Institute and the San Diego chapter of the USC Marshall Alumni association. He resides and volunteers in San Diego, with his wife Sarah, son Henry, born in 2012, and daughter Kate, born in 2014.
